Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Edward Martin packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
